  • A: Our touchless wash is designed to give a safe, effective maintenance clean for most vehicles. In around 90% of cases, no pre-treatment is needed at all.

    Some contaminants are simply more stubborn than ordinary dirt and dust. Heavy road grime, bird droppings, and baked-on insects can stick firmly to the paint, especially after rain following a dry period or after long-distance driving. A touchless wash is designed to clean without brushes touching your vehicle, which is part of what helps protect your paintwork. To remove every stubborn mark automatically, a system would need to be much more aggressive, and that could increase the risk of damage to the finish.

    For that reason, each bay includes a bucket of detergent and a soft brush for light pre-treatment of stubborn areas if needed. This is not something most customers need to do, but it can help with heavier build-up on lower panels, front bumpers, mirrors, bird droppings, or insect residue before the wash starts.

  • A: We are cashless. No card surcharge for debit/credit. For wash subscriptions it is better to use a credit card rather than debit if you want the subscription to auto renew.

  • For the best chance of smooth auto-renewal, we recommend using a Visa or Mastercard credit card when signing up. Visa or Mastercard debit cards can also work, but they should be used contactlessly at sign-up so the payment is routed through Visa or Mastercard.

  • EFTPOS cards do not support auto-renewal, whether they are used as a physical card or through a digital wallet. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other phone wallet payments may work if they are linked to Visa or Mastercard, but they will not auto-renew if they are linked through EFTPOS. Because this can vary depending on the customer’s settings, a physical Visa or Mastercard is usually the safest option. Even where the correct card type is used, rebilling can still fail if the card has expired, been replaced, has insufficient funds, or is declined by the card issuer.

  • Our Wash Club gives you up to 6 washes per month for one nominated vehicle. Your membership is linked to your licence plate, so when you arrive, the system reads your plate and starts the wash automatically. Membership is for personal use only, applies to one vehicle only, and cannot be used with other offers. Payments renew automatically each month until cancelled. For the best chance of smooth auto-renewal, we recommend signing up with a physical credit or debit card rather than paying by phone, as some phone wallet payments and some cards may not support recurring billing properly. If that happens, you may need to sign up again each month. If a payment fails, your membership may be paused. We may suspend memberships for misuse and may update pricing or terms from time to time, with at least 30 days’ notice to existing members.

  • Yes. The Wash Club is for one nominated vehicle only and for personal use only. It covers eligible automatic wash services included in your plan and cannot be used with other offers. Taxis, limousines, rideshare vehicles, other commercial vehicles and minibuses are not eligible. Extras and add-ons are not included unless stated otherwise. To keep the service fair for everyone, we may pause or cancel memberships in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, damage to equipment, or use beyond what is reasonably expected for normal vehicle cleaning. Membership payments renew automatically until cancelled, and if a payment fails your membership may be paused or deactivated. From time to time, we may also need to shorten hours or temporarily close due to weather, maintenance, or other business needs. If we update pricing or terms, we will give existing members at least 30 days’ notice.

  • If your vehicle is especially dirty after rain, muddy roads, long drives, or heavy road grime, Wash Club members can wash the same vehicle up to twice in one day. That gives you the option of a second pass when needed for a better result.

  • A: Spot‑free rinse; ceramic/graphene protection and carnauba shine on Ultra package. All ultra washes have blowers at the end. ‘Quick’ packages do not have blowers or side blaster wash upon entry.

  • No. One wash subscription / club per car. Each membership is lined with one number plate.

  • We open Mo-Sat from 7am - 10pm, Sunday 9am - 10pm

  • Yes. Uber and rideshare drivers receive 35% off during selected off-peak times:

    7:00 am–9:00 am and 8:00 pm–11:00 pm, every day.
